Shri T. Ramesh is a Postgraduate in Finance and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has rich experience of more than 35 years in banking which includes three years in the State Bank of India. He has served in various capacities in NABARD in the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, besides having served as District Development Manager in Karnataka state. He was a Nominee Director on the Board of two RRBs in Karnataka. He had a short stint as General Manager in NABFINS Limited during 2012-2013. He has been associated with Micro Finance and FPOs during his tenure with NABARD. He has headed the Corporate Planning Department of NABARD and was also on the Board of NABKISAN Finance Ltd., Chennai as Nominee Director representing NABARD. Presently, he is heading the Karnataka Regional Office of NABARD at Bengaluru.
