Currently, she serves as the Mission Director at the National Livelihood Mission, Karnataka, a position she has held since March 23, 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant Commissioner, She is designated as the Nominee Director representing Govt. of Karnataka on the Board of NABFINS Limited w.e.f August 13, 2026.
