NABFINS’ Annual Business Plan Meet held at Munnar, Kerala

The Annual Business Plan Meet of NABFINS for 2023-24 was held on 18th & 19th May 2023 at Munnar, Kerala. The Business Plan Meet was organized under the guidance of Dr. Diwakar Hegde, Managing Director and attended by all senior officers, Departmental Heads and Regional Managers. Shri Udayan, DGM (Operations) welcomed all the participants and set the agenda and expectations of the meet. Dr. Diwakar Hegde, MD in his inaugural address congratulated everyone for the splendid performance of NABFINS in 2022-23. He then felicitated employees who have contributed more than ten years of service. Shri Mohan Prasad, Chief Operating Officer highlighted that all round extra effort will be required to meet the target for2023-24.

The meeting included a training session on ‘Staff Motivation and Productivity’, presentation on the Annual Business Plan 2023-24 and group wise detailed presentations on identified areas of importance. There was very active participation,debate and deliberations from all the participants present for the meeting. In the valedictory address, Shri Mohan Prasad, COO stressed that recovery will continue to remain in focus to ascertain good asset quality. In concluding remarks, Dr. Diwakar Hegde, MD advised the team to put all efforts towards establishing NABFINS as a Model mFI.
