Shri Shubham Mehta, Assistant General Manager, presently heads the Insurance wing of Operations Department and is also in charge of the transformation process of core IT solution in NABFINS Head Office. He is an Agricultural and Rural Management professional having more than 10 years of experience in agribusiness, rural development and finance sectors.
He has worked in NABFINS under various departments including Product Development, Credit and Operations at Head Office and has also lead the Company’s business operations in Jharkhand state.
He holds B.Tech. degree in Agricultural Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and MBA in Rural Management from School of Rural Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. He also holds a distinction certificate in Regional and Rural Development Planning from School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD), Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Certificate in Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK.
