The candidate should have a proven experience of 6 years or more in an HR
role including 2 years in Banking and Finance sector. Exposure to the
Microfinance (MFI) sector will be an added advantage. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations and best practices, along with
excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
