Job Responsibilites

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Ensuring all the server OS Is updated.

  2. Attending tickets raised by branches/HO.

  3. Configuring email client (Outlook).

  4. Taking remote of the branch systems and provide support.

  5. Managing WSUS.

  6. Call and log complaint to ISP if any issue occurs.

  7. Call and log complaint for the issues of hardware which is under warranty.

  8. Managing biometric hardware and server.

  9. Service of the desktops/laptops.

 10. Managing AD (creation of user, password reset, joining the node to domain).

 11. Collecting the mac and IP address of systems.

 12. Backup of data whenever required.

 13. Managing AMC vendor.

 14. Managing endpoint licenses and its console.

 15. Ensuring all the PC/Laptops/Servers are installed with endpoint security & DLP
