The Cluster Head would be responsible for business development, operations management, quality appraisal, recovery management, training and staff management for his Cluster. In addition to this, he will also be responsible for providing compliance towards audit observations in his branches.
Qualification : Graduation and above.

Age criteria:37 Years
Experience: 4 years and above experience with
MFI, Banking in managing multiple branch portfolio.
