Shri. Sarath Babu Valsalan, a Postgraduate in Computer Applications, joined NABARD in November 2005 at the Kerala Regional Office and gained extensive experience across diverse functional areas including Information Technology, Administration, Refinance, and Human Resource Management. Following his promotion as Assistant Manager in 2013, he was posted to NABARD Head Office, Mumbai, where he served in various capacities within the Human Resource Management Department. He was subsequently promoted as Manager in 2018 and Assistant General Manager in 2023. Leveraging over two decades of experience in banking, human resources, and institutional development, he is currently serving as Deputy General Manager at NABFINS, on nomination from NABARD, since May 2026.
