Shailendra Padiyar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation and an MBA in Finance. He has been associated with NABARD for over 16 years, during which he has gained extensive experience across a wide range of developmental and institutional financing initiatives. His areas of expertise include State Project Finance, Livelihood Development, Farm Sector Promotion, and MSME Development. Over the course of his career, he has contributed significantly to the design, implementation, and monitoring of development-oriented projects, supporting sustainable rural livelihoods, agricultural growth, and enterprise development. His diverse experience and deep understanding of the development finance ecosystem have enabled him to play a key role in advancing NABARD’s mission of inclusive and sustainable rural development.
