Operations- BC, SLI and SPDD

Shri. Arnab Parida, Assistant General Manager, presently heading the BC vertical of operations department also consisting of SLI (second level institution) lending and SPDD (Strategy planning & Product Development Department), has an overall experience of 8 years 2 months out of which he has worked extensively in the fields of Pune Region Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Odisha from April 16- December 23. He started his professional journey with NABFINS Ltd after getting selected as a campus recruit from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneshwar (XIMB). He has worked extensively in the operations department of the company during his tenure as a Senior Manager:
– BC vertical during- Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh and
-DL vertical – Odisha.

During expansion of NABFINS as an organization in the DL vertical he was bestowed with the responsibility of starting operations in Odisha from scratch.
He completed his graduation from KIIT University Bhubaneshwar in Electrical Engineering and holds a Masters degree in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB).
