Mrs. Pooja Ahuja is a Bachelors in Finance Markets and qualified CS holding
Associate Member of the Institute of Company secretaries Of India since 2019. She
has more than six years of experience working as a Company secretary and was
working with subsidiary of Canara Bank before joining NABFINS. She is also holding
a degree in Masters in Business Law from NLSIU. She is appointed as the Company
Secretary and KMP of the Company with effect from July 28, 2023.
