Shri. J. K. Mohapatra
Shri J. K. Mohapatra is an IAS officer from 1979 batch of Odisha cadre; he is Post Graduate in Economics from Boston University, USA . He held many key senior management positions both at the Centre and in the government of Odisha, including secretary, Department of Fertilizers (Government of India), Chief Secretary (Government of Odisha), Principal-Secretary, Finance (Government of Odisha), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Odisha, Secretary, Revenue and Excise, Government of Odisha.
As Secretary to the Chief Minister and Principal Secretary, Finance (Govt.of Odisha), he designed and spearheaded successfully the fiscal turnaround of the state government which was virtually on the brink of bankruptcy at the turn of the century. As Secretary, Department of Rural Development in 2015-16 he was responsible for implementation of some of the flagship programmes of Government of India including Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Indira Awas Yojana and National Rural Livelihoods Mission. He was also a member on the Board of NABARD.
Shri G R Chintala
Shri G R Chintala in the cadre of Chief General Manager in NABARD has taken over the charge of Managing Director of NABFINS with effect from November 01, 2019.
Prior to his posting with NABFINS, he was heading the Department of Refinance of NABARD at its head office in Mumbai. Shri Chintala is a post Graduate from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi.
After joining NABARD as Grade B officer, he served in various capacities at Head Office, Mumbai and in many Regional Offices viz., NABARD Regional Office - Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, New Delhi and Bengaluru. Shri Chintala was also the Vice President of Agri- Business Finance Ltd for a period of two years and was the Director of Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow.
Shri Chintala was assigned several consultancy assignments, the most remarkable one being "Road map for Amalgamation of Regional Rural Banks" in 2006 done for UCO Bank sponsored RRBs, which in turn led the way for consolidation of 196 RRBs. He also undertook a consultancy assignment on "Efficacy of SGSY in meeting the aspirations of SC/STs" commissioned by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India, whose recommendations helped in launching NRLM (National Rural Livelihood Mission) throughout the country and phasing out the SGSY.
Shri Chintala during his career progression had successfully initiated Producers Organisations in Andaman & Nicobar islands which hitherto, was unknown, to ensure remunerative prices to both Tribal and Non -tribal COPRA producers.
Sri Chintala has vast International Experience and had visited more than 20 countries including USA, UK, France, Germany etc. for presenting papers and for taking up other assignments.
Shri O.P.Dhoundiyal is a General Manager in NABARD and is on deputation to NABFINS. He took over as General Manager NABFINS with effect from May 2016.
He is a post graduate in Economics and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He completed Harvard ManageMentor® Management programme in 2010. He also trained in two management programmes viz. High Impact leadership (2014) and How Leaders Bring Change (2015) at IIM Bangalore.He was member of the Study Tour on Information and Knowledge Management deputed by NABARD to World Bank and other institutions in Washington DC in 2007.
He has supervisory experience of 33 years in NABARD where he served in various departments and offices of NABARD which included Mumbai, Lucknow, Guwahati, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Pune and Bangalore. He served as DDM NABARD in Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. He was Regional Coordinator south region for NABARD’s UPNRM project. He was also on the boards of Pithoragarh Regional Rural Bank Uttarakhand and Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank, Maharashtra as NABARD nominee.
Shri. Vinod Chandrasekharan
Vinod Chandrasekharan is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and Company Secretary and a member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and Chartered Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has more than 15 years in NABARD with experience in handling Finance, Accounts and Credit. In NABFINS, he has been handling strategic planning, investment and institutional finance.
Shri. Alok Pattanayak
Shri. Alok Pattanayak joined us in the year of October 2016. He is having more than 21 years of experience in Banking & non-banking sector with experience in Micro Finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management & pursuing Ph.D in Rural Finance.
He was working in Rural Development Expert as a before joining NABFINS.

Shri. U Ramesh Kumar joined us in the year of April 2016. He is having more than 36 years of experience in Banking sector. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Kerala Agriculture University.
He was working in Canara Bank as a General Manager before joining NABFINS.
Shri. Manoj Chalakh
Shri. Manoj Chalakh, in the cadre of Assistant General Manager in NABARD has taken over the charge of Deputy General Manager of NABFINS with effect from April 28, 2014.
He is having more than 21 years of experience. He holds a Master Degree in Technology from RTM Nagpur University.
Shri. Anand C
Shri. Anand C joined us in the year of May 2012. He is having more than 5 years of experience in Microfinance sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Kalinga School of Rural Management.
Shri. A Jayasheelan
Shri. Jayasheelan A joined us in the year of July 2014. He is having more than 8 years of experience in auditing sector. He holds a CA, CS, DISA.
He was working in M/s Rajagopal & Badri Narayanan Chartered Accountant as a Partner before joining NABFINS..
Shri. Rohit Omprakash Dube
Shri. Rohit Omprakash Dube joined us in the year of March 2016. He is having more than 6 years of experience in IT services in BFSI sector. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai and undergoing MBA Executive from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management from Bengaluru.
He was working in Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited as a Senior Manager IT before joining NABFINS.
Shri. R .Sai Ranganathan
Shri. R Sai Ranganathan joined us in the year of March 2017. He is having more than 7 years of experience in HR & Admin sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration (International Business ) from Pondicherry University.
He was previously associated with StartupXseed Venture Capital Fund Private Limited & Canbank Venture Capital Fund Limited as a Manager HR & Admin before joining NABFINS.
Shri. Bibhu Prasad Mishra
Shri. Bibhu Prasad Mishra joined us in the year of February 2012. He is having more than 14 years of experience in Banking and NBFCs sector. He holds a degree in Master of Finance & Control.
He was working with HDFC Bank Limited as Manager and Basix as Branch Head before joining NABFINS.
Ms. Savitri Hegde
Ms. Savitri Hegde is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. She holds M.A. in Economics from Karnataka State Open University, Manasagangotri, Mysuru and has diverse experience in accounts, audit and secretarial for over ten years.
Shri. Amarnath Mani
Shri. Amarnath Mani joined us in the year of November 2017. He is having more than 10 years of experience in Banking sector & Financial Sector with a total experience of about 20 years. He holds a Master's Degree in MBA. He was working in Janalakshmi Financial Services Limited as a Cluster Head before joining NABFINS.
Shri. K S S Prasad
Shri K S S Prasad (Kadimisetty Satya Siva Prasad) holds masters’ degree in commerce from Bombay University (1985) and is a qualified CMA (erstwhile CWA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkata (1991). He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and holder of diploma in Micro Finance from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He joined NABARD in the year 1984 and has served in various capacities and experienced of working in Finance Department, Audit (internal), Administration, Inspection, farm sector development and Dept. of Economic Analysis and Research to name a few. He had also worked in watershed / PMU in-charge and discharged duties as District Development Manager.
Shri K S S Prasad took over charge as Dy. General Manager of the Company on April 30, 2018 and designated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 08, 2018
Shri. K Radhakrishnan
Shri.K Radhakrishnan is a science graduate and junior associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF). He started his career with NABARD as Assistant Manager in 1996 and he has served majorly (for more than 15 years) in Department of Information Technology and in Financial Inclusion Department for a short duration. He was the primary support in development the standalone application for salary processing in NABARD and was also managing the database of Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF). He has held successfully the responsible of setting up of IT infrastructure in National Bankers’ Staff College (NBSC) wherein he developed ‘assessment test’ application, designing and developing E-learning module etc. and implementation of HRMS at NABARD Head Office. Mumbai.
Ms. Diana Dsouza
Ms. Diana Dsouza joined us in the year January 2012. She has more than 10 years of experience in microfinance sector. She holds a Master’s degree in MBA ( Finance). She was working with Janodaya Microfinance as Manager prior to joining NABFINS.
