Keeping NABFINS’ focus on health, hygiene and sanitation, the Company joined hand with M/s. Sulabh International Social Service Organization, Bengaluru to provide a Community Toilet Complex in Mandya District Hospital, Mandya. The project outlay is `28,11,449/- and is expected to serve hundreds of patients, and their kins who visit the District Hospital, which is attached to Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between NABFINS Limited, Bengaluru, the District Health Authorities, Mandya and Sulabh International Social Service Organization, Bengaluru on January 27, 2021, for implementation of the project on the occasion of a groundbreaking ceremony held on the same day at Hospital Premises. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended, among others, by Dr.Harish M R, Director, Mandya District Hospital, Mandya; Shri M Viswanatha, Hony. Controller, Sulabh International Social Service Organization; Shri Jiji Mammen, Managing Director, NABFINS; Shri K S S Prasad, General Manager & CFO, NABFINS; Smt. Savitri Hegde, Company Secretary, NABFINS; Smt. Harshitha B V, Dist. Development Manager, NABARD and Shri Eswarappa BN, Regional Manager, NABFINS.
