Shri Manas Sarkar joined NABFINS on August 2021, holding the position as Assistant General Manager- Operation . He has 18 years of experience in Banking, financial and development Sector with a total experience about 20 years. Before joining NABFINS, he had worked as a Zonal Business Head in an NBFC-MFI.

He holds Post Graduation degree in Political Science and MSW. Grameen Foundation of India certified him as a MFI leader with grade A+. He has also attended Lead Auditor training course by CII- the course IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) registered under IRCA, UK and NRBPT India.
