Ms. Sumati Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (associate member of the ICSI) and a graduate in Commerce from Vikram University, Ujjain. She is pursuing Masters in Business Law from NLSIU, Bengaluru. She has work experience of around 6 years in accounting, audit and secretarial compliance.

She has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from July 01, 2021.
