Building capacities using digital and mobility tools

NABFINS signed an MoU with Awaaz.De to deliver Audio-based education material using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for low income households in Karnataka. The objective of the campaign is to increase awareness around positive financial behaviors and relevant financial products through messages designed to reinforce in person interactions with the low literacy individuals.

The project displays the resolve of NABFINS to improve client awareness & enhancing the financial literacy of the rural poor using cost effective digital tools. The MoU was signed by Dr.B.S.Suran, Managing Director of NABFINS and Shri. Elliot Rosenberg, Vice President, Awaz.De in the presence of Shri O.P.Dhoundiyal, General Manager, NABFINS on August 22, 2017 in Bengaluru.
