AGM - HR & Training Dept.

Shri.T.S.Ramanujam, Assistant General Manager, presently heading the HR & Training Department, has an overall experience of 26 years out of which he has MFI experience of around 15 years.

He has completed his graduation in Economics and is currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration specializing in Banking and Finance Management.

Prior to joining NABFINS, he was working as a Cluster Head in Equitas Microfinance. His association with Equitas Microfinance was more than 5 years where he was handling the portfolio related to Micro finance, Home loans and Loan Against Property.

He joined NABFINS Limited as a Senior Manager in Sept-2017 and handled 16 branches in 7 districts of Tamilnadu, before his promotion as an Assistant General Manager.
