Shri. Shantveer is a Computer Science graduate from R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB).

He started his career with NABARD as Assistant Manager in 2016 and was posted to Department of Information Technology at Head Office Mumbai. Prior to this he has worked in Oracle India Pvt Ltd. as Applications Engineer.

Shri Shantveer was deputed as Manager of the Company w.e.f. July 13, 2020 and is designated as Chief Information Officer of the Company.
