The Pan IIT Alumni Reach for India Foundation (PARFI) is a part of promoting its development agenda set up to provide vocational industry specific training to create a talent pool of industry ready workers based on the demand. NABFINS  as a strategic partner extends credit to these candidates to meet their training cost.  Post-employment these candidates are expected to repay the loan at customized EMIs with adequate time for their placement and commencement of earnings.
