R. Sathish Kumar, Assistant General Manager of the Housing Loan Department, has financial services experience of over 20 years in various sectors spanning microfinance, rural development, financial inclusion, and institutional capacity building. With a strong foundation in portfolio management, risk management, and strategic planning, he has consistently contributed to organizational growth and operational excellence.
Prior to NABFINS, he worked extensively in communitycentric development organizations such as Hand in Hand/Belstar Microfinance, NAPROC–BEDROC, and NCRC, where he played key roles in training & development, producercompany management, disasterresilience initiatives, water resource management projects, and ICTbased community communication programs.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work, strong analytical abilities, and proven integrity and leadership, Mr. Sathish Kumar is dedicated to advancing inclusive financial services mission of the organization.
