NABFINS Ltd successfully conducted its Annual POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Session on December 03, 2025 at Head Office which was live streamed to all our branches as a part of the company’s commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. The session was conducted by an external Professional by Smt. Karuna S.G representing Lex & Leo legal firm and addressed by our Managing director, Smt. N. Neeraja. It covered key aspects of the POSH Act, employee rights and responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and the role of the Internal Committee (IC). The programme was attended by all the employees of company from Head Office and all the staff through their respective offices by virtual mode.
The session also highlighted the importance of proactive participation by every employee in fostering a positive work culture. By spreading awareness and encouraging open communication, we aim to strengthen trust and accountability across the organization.
Through interactive discussions and real-life case studies, employees were encouraged to uphold a culture of dignity and zero tolerance towards harassment. This initiative reflects our dedication to ensuring a secure and empowering environment for all.
