Shri Karthick Gopal, Assistant General Manager joined NABFINS in the year 2015 and presently heading the Stressed Asset Management Department. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Development and Sustainable Finance from IFMR B School. He is a certified Bank Trainer and has completed Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta.

He has 15 years of experience in Microfinance. Prior joining NABFINS, he was working with IFMR Rural Channels and Services Limited (Presently DVARA KGFS) as a Manager.
