Shri.T.S.Ramanujam, Assistant General Manager, presently heading the HR & Training Department, has an overall experience of 26 years out of which he has MFI experience of around 15 years.

He has completed his graduation in Economics and qualified Masters in Business Administration specializing in Banking and Finance Management.

Prior to joining NABFINS, he was working as a Cluster Head in Equitas Microfinance. His association with Equitas Microfinance was more than 5 years where he was handling the portfolio related to Micro finance, Home loans and Loan Against Property.
