NABFINS is looking for both business partners as well as energetic and committed persons to work with us.
The business partners shall work as either Business Correspondents or Business Facilitators. The agencies shall share core values of NABFINS and shall have proven track record in dealing with communities, disadvantaged sections, SHGs. They typically shall be agencies already engaged in development work which can be in various domains like promoting income generating activities, health, education, women empowerment, livelihood enhancement, watershed development, SHG formation and nurturing, formation of JLGs of small producers, small and marginal farmers etc.
NABFINS is also looking for district and field level staff who are committed to development, poverty alleviation, women empowerment, securing livelihoods of disadvantaged sections etc. Graduates who have experience in microfinance, dealing with SHGs, development programmes, NGOs etc can apply for field staff. Retired bankers, persons with experience in NBFC-MFIs, MBAs etc can apply for District level positions.
