Efficient Management of matters related to General Admin: { Insurance, AMC, TA Bills, Advances, Office Expenses, Rental Agreements & Renewals, LTC, Leave Encashment, Purchases, Printing , Staff Welfare,Courier and other Service providers. Contribution in establishing the internal checks and control systems and monitroing thereon. Budget and Documentation. New Initiatives.
Assistant General Manager-Operations Bangalore HO A good team manager having a successful track record of operations in NBFC/MFI/banks. Experience : 8 Years and above. Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (preferably MBA). Business Development, Team Building, Implementing new strategy, Relations ship management with all the stake holders. Establishing and managing New B&DCs. Managing and coordinating with Head Office and field teams. Contribution in product developemnt. Ensuring quality of the loan portfolio.
Senior Manager (IT) Bangalore HO ME/MCA/BE/Btech  - computers/IT and computer related branches and
significant experience required in IT/software field, should have good understanding
of Application development, Database, server management ( windows and linux),
SDLC and project management.

 
Leadership role to be played in technology implementation for the company,
co-ordinating with technology service provider in rolling out the technology
platformupto field level, training of NABFINS staff on usage, planning
the  improvement and addition of new functionality to smoothen operations
throughtechnology.Managing current and future IT infrastructure which includes
server, computers , UPS and other electronics and electrical assets. Co-ordinating
with vendors on new purchases through RFP, tenders etc. and ensuring full
execution and maintenance of the same.
