IDF Financial Services (P) Limited is a MFI registered under Companies Act 1956. It is a non - deposit taking / holding NBFC registered with RBI. The MFI activities were started in 2005 by IDF Trust and  the business was transferred to IDF FSPL on 1 April 2009. The main objectives of the organization are (i) organize SHGs, provide training and credit to SHGs; (ii) organize the SHGs into Clusters and Federations; (iii)  help the Federations to organize training and other livelihood programmes;and  (iv) assist SHG Federations to mobilize thrift from SHGs and provide credit plus services to SHGs.  

Kalanjium Thozhilagam Limited (KTL) is a public limited company registered in 1996 under the Companies Act, 1956 with its Registered Office at Madurai. It is promoted by DHAN Foundation (an NGO operating in 10 states & one Union Territory of India covering about 750,000 poor families) as a people’s organization for marketing the products of the poor, unorganized producers in the rural areas. KTL organizes farmers and other primary producers into Primary Producer Groups (PPG), purchases and markets their produce like maize, paddy & other agricultural commodities, fish, medicinal plants etc. KTL has been sanctioned as working capital term loan for undertaking marketing of maize , dry/fresh fish, charcoal, medicinal plants produced by members of the PPGs and other farmers, printing, stationery, trading in papads, cattle feed, handicrafts, hand made paper and computer consumables.

Desi Trust  is a Trust registered under Indian Trust Act and was promoted by eminent Kannada writers and theatre artistes who were driven by the social cause of reviving the rural industries and crafts. They had established Charaka Society, a women’s hand loom weavers and readymade garments manufacturing society at Bheemanakone in Sagara taluk of Shimoga district. This society produces environmental friendly hand loom cloth dyed with natural & organic dyes. However, after this initiative, a need was felt for establishing forward linkage for marketing the produce of Charaka Society which was the weakest link. DESI  Trust has been sanctioned working capital term loan.
